This soup is so rich well after the excesses of the weekend because ... Who would not pass a tad eating?
I was surprised a lot, I never imagined I could be so good! It is very simple and takes very few ingredients. It takes a little bit to be but it prepares to simmer. But the result you will love it, let me know if you do! It is exquisite.

Ingredients:
- a large onion
- half a kilo of mushrooms whole
- a little oil virgin olive
- salt

Preparación :
1.- Ponemos en una cazuela alta el chorro de aceite de oliva y añadimos la cebolla cortada en gajos gordos. Lo dejamos al mínimo y tapada para que se vaya pochando y ablandando. Se tiene que dorar un pelín.
