Monogramed Acrylic Tumblers

After playing several sweet and savory recipes, go I'm not greedy, eh??
These custard I made the other day for Isra and me and we liked them.'re Better overnight.
The contrast of vanilla with rich tangerine dust ...
morning start for many holidays (not my case because I have almost two months of observations forced into unemployment (icon sadness)).

Ingredients for 6 servings:

tangerine powder:
- Skin two mandarins
- 50 gr. sugar

vanilla custard:
- 600 gr. skimmed milk
- 1 vanilla bean (or two teaspoons of vanilla sugar)
- 120 gr. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch






Traditional Preparation :

mandarin Powder:
1 .- Preheat oven to 150 º.
2 .- We mandarin peels on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Enter the tray in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the skin to dry evenly without burning. We leave it to cool.
3 .- Put the sugar and dried mandarin peels and small pieces in a blender and "beat them" until everything is integrated. Withdraw from the cup and reserve. Or directly use icing sugar and add the crumbs made chips without using the mixer ... As you find it easier.

Custard:
1 .- In a saucepan pour the milk. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape the inside with a knife. When milk is hot add the vanilla scrapings with sugar, beaten eggs and cornstarch that you previously dissolved in water or milk. ( I added two teaspoons of sugar avanillada instead of scraping vanilla). We leave it to simmer for 1 0 or 15 minutes, until mixture thickens, and stir with a wooden spoon to prevent sticking.
2 .- Pour the custard in a dish or individual ramekins and set aside.
3 .- When cool the fridge and get into the powder we add the tangerine and we can enjoy this delicious dessert!


thermomix Preparation:

mandarin Powder:

3 .- Put the sugar and dried mandarin peels in the glass and pulverized programming 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-10. Withdraw from the cup and reserve.

Custard:
1 .- Without washing the glass, pour milk. Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the inside with a knife. Add the vanilla, scraping the glass with sugar, eggs and cornstarch. (I added two teaspoons of sugar avanillada raspudura instead of vanilla). We programmed 8 minutes, 90 °, speed 4.
2 .- Pour the custard in a dish or individual ramekins and set aside.
3 .- When cool the fridge and get into the powder we add the tangerine and we can enjoy this delicious dessert!

Tip: tangerine powder keeps well in an airtight container and can be used such as dusting a cake, and sugar for a natural yogurt, etc.).
