Ingredients:

- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 medium potatoes
- a handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 jar canned artichokes
- olives black
- 1 can of tuna

Traditional Preparation :

1 .- We provide warm water with a bay leaf, salt and a little oil and when hot add the potatoes washed and skin.
2 .- On the other hand we cook a couple of eggs.
3 .- While the potatoes are cooked and the eggs in a bowl, we add the tuna, artichokes, drained, the cherry tomatoes and black olives.
4 .- When you are ready for eggs and potatoes, both peel and let cool.
5 .- Finally cut and add along with the other ingredients in the bowl and have a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
6 .- Before serving we add a vinaigrette of oil, raspberry vinegar and salt, mix well and eat!





thermomix Preparation:

I'm like cooked eggs and potatoes, because the rest is done Like:
1 .- We wash the potatoes well and place in container varoma. Pour 750 gr. water and enter the basket with two eggs. We place the bowl in place varoma and schedule 30 minutes varoma, speed 2.

I love making pies, especially vegetables. They are very easy to do, but take time. The good thing is that you can prepare in advance and above are more flavorful.

Ingredients :

- a piece of onion
- 2 zucchini cut into slices with your skin

- 4 eggs
