These few days have been very hard for those who are of lorca, those who have family there and Spain in general. I want to thank everyone s by signs of affection. Everything is slowly returning to normal. I live in Murcia but my mother in lorca, so we spent a few days to forget ...

And let that go, lol ... A rich and colorful salad chilly to keep the rate this summer ... What looks like the rainbow?? With the salad we had for two nights, is that I am greatly exaggerated ...
As you know the lactonesa is mayonnaise, but instead of egg and milk, this takes a few pieces of red cabbage to add color, at what is beautiful??
We cooked it in a cooking class and had thermomix between the slopes ...


SALAD Ingredients for two / three people :

- olives pitted
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 carrots, peeled
- a piece of lettuce
- a piece of cabbage


thermomix Preparation:

1 .- Enter the olives in the glass and troceamos 4 seconds, speed 4. Removed and placed in the bowl as in the photo.
2 .- run off a can of tuna and next to the olives.
3 .- Then we put the eggs in the glass, the chop 2 seconds, speed 4, removed and placed next to the tuna.
4 .- Put the carrots in the bowl and schedule 5 seconds, speed 5. Remove from water and next to the eggs.
5 .- Chop the lettuce a few seconds, speed 4 and then placed carrots.
6 .- Finally add the cabbage and schedule 5 seconds, speed 5. Removed and added to the salad.
7 .- Ready to enjoy! Do not wash the glass to make the color purple ... lactonesa


Traditional Preparation:

1 .- Following the above steps we chopping with a knife or food processor julienne the vegetables. The result is the same ...






LACTONESA Ingredients:

- 75 gr. milk
- 1 / 2 clove garlic (optional)
- salt to taste
- 200 gr. sunflower oil
- the juice of half a lemon
- a few drops of vinegar (optional)


thermomix Preparation:

1 .- We measured the oil and reserve.
2 .- We put in a glass of milk, garlic and salt. Schedule 1 minute, 37 °, Speed \u200b\u200b5 (if not put the garlic, 30 seconds, speed 5).
3 .- When you finish programmed 3 minutes, 37 °, Speed \u200b\u200b5 and we pouring the oil, little by little over the top, without removing the cup. Then add the lemon or vinegar and mix in a few seconds at the same speed!
4 .- stopped the machine and rectify the salt if necessary.


Preparation Traditional :

1 .- We measured the oil and reserve.
2 .- Put the blender cup milk, some chopped cabbage, garlic and salt. We beat two or three minutes.
3 .- Next, we throwing the oil gradually and continue beating without moving much the mixer. Then add the lemon or vinegar and mix in a few seconds at the same speed! Check the salt and you're done!
