Ingredients for three individual molds :
- a handful of dried arándalos
- a handful of chocolate chips
- 30 gr. pastry flour
- 40 gr. brown sugar integral
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr. of whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Traditional Preparation:
1 .- Preheat oven to 180 º up and down .
2 .- Sift flour and add the brown sugar and vanilla sugar, mix well.
3 .- Then add the cream and continue beating.
4 .- The next step is to add eggs and continue stirring until mixture is smooth.
5 .- Finally add a handful of arándalos and chocolate chips and integrate.
6 .- In the individual molds arándalos put three or four, the mixture and finish with a few other arándalos.
7 .- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 º. Let cool and the fridge for a couple of hours ...
thermomix Preparation:
1 .- Preheat oven to 180 º up and down.
2 .- Put the glass in flour, brown sugar and vanilla sugar, program 20 seconds, speed 5.
3 .- Then add the cream and schedule a few seconds at the same speed.
4 .- The next step is to add the eggs and re-set 25 seconds, speed 4.
5 .- Finally add a handful of arándalos and of chocolate chips and move with the spatula.
6 .- In the individual molds arándalos put three or four, the mixture and finish with a few other arándalos.
7 .- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 º. Let cool and the fridge for a couple of hours ...
